L&T’s Tejomaya is racing to completion in a few months.
The latest big-ticket investment in the state is from Tata Consultancy Services.
The company will set up a mega development facility at Infopark in Kakkanad,
Kochi, at an around outlay of Rs 1,700 crore. The new facility will be able to
seat 10,000 engineers.
TCS centre head Dinesh Thampy said the state government has just allotted
15 acres of land to the company at Infopark. Wipro is also in the process of
readying a large IT campus in a 25.1 acre plot at Infopark in Kochi. Once
completed this facility will accommodate 25,000 people, said an Infopark
official.

taken possession of the land. The campus will accomodate over
10,000 professionals.The jackpot was Wipro - their campus under
construction at Infopark is being expanded for 25,000 people.
That is one of their biggest in India.
